The Sunday live session is a 3-hour manifestation intensive held every Sunday for ₹499 per session, conducted online in Malayalam by CR Vysakhan. It includes live coaching, a guided manifestation meditation, energy healing and visualisation work, a real-time Q&A where participants raise their own blocks, and access to the community support group afterwards. It is built as a workshop you practise in, not a lecture you watch. No prior experience is needed.
How the three hours run
The shape is consistent week to week, which is deliberate. Repetition is how the practice becomes automatic.
Opening and settling
Everyone arrives from a different Sunday morning. The first stretch brings the room to one state before any teaching starts.
Teaching block
One area covered properly: subconscious reprogramming, scripting, emotional frequency, vision boards or quantum manifestation, depending on the week.
Guided manifestation meditation
Led in Malayalam. This is the part people describe as unlike anything they have tried alone, and the part that is hardest to get from a video.
Energy clearing and visualisation
Working directly on the resistance that comes up during the meditation instead of pretending it did not.
Open Q&A
The longest section. Participants bring real situations — a stalled career, a family conflict, money fear — and get worked through one at a time, out loud.
The week's assignment
You leave with one specific practice to do daily until the next Sunday. Not five. One.
Why the group setting does something a video cannot
People underestimate this until they attend. Hearing someone else describe your exact fear in your own language, out loud, in front of others, does something that reading about it never does. Half the value of the Q&A is in other people's questions.
The community group afterwards is where the practice survives the week. That is where people report back, get corrected, and keep going on the days when nothing seems to be happening.

Questions about the Sunday session
What time does the Sunday session start?
9:00am India time, running to 12:00pm, on Zoom. The joining link is sent to the WhatsApp number you book with, on the morning of the session.
How much does the Sunday manifestation session cost?
₹499 per session. Each Sunday is booked separately, so you can attend once, attend every week, or come back after a gap without losing anything.
Is it recorded if I miss it?
The session is live and interactive by design, and the Q&A involves participants' personal situations, so it is not distributed as a recording. If you cannot attend a Sunday you have paid for, message +91 91421 11121 before the session and your place moves to the following week.
Do I have to speak or turn my camera on?
No. Many people attend their first two or three sessions entirely silently with the camera off. You raise a question when you are ready to, not before.
Is it suitable for a complete beginner?
Yes. Roughly a third of any given Sunday is people attending for the first time. The framework is re-taught each week, so nothing depends on having been there before.
What do I need to have ready?
A notebook and pen, headphones, and a place where you will not be interrupted for three hours. The meditation and visualisation work is much harder in a room with people walking through it.
