CR Vysakhan coaches a large number of women across Kerala on confidence, self-worth, career decisions and money beliefs, in Malayalam. Sessions are open to everyone; the ₹499 Sunday group session runs on Sunday mornings and the ₹1500 private consultation is fully confidential. Both are online. Many women choose the private format for work involving family, money or decisions they have not yet said out loud.

Permission
The unexamined belief that wanting more is selfish when the household is already managing. This one is nearly universal and almost never stated.

Which format to choose
Group sessions build the practice. Private sessions handle what you cannot say in front of sixty people. Most women who do both start with the group and book a private consultation once they know which specific thing is stuck.
Questions about coaching for women
Do you offer life coaching for women?
Sessions are open to everyone, and a large share of participants are women working on confidence, financial independence, career decisions and the guilt attached to wanting things for themselves. Many prefer the private 1-on-1 format for that work.
Can I book a private session instead of the group?
Yes, and many women do. A ₹1500 private consultation is confidential and lets you raise things you would not say in a group of sixty. Nothing from a private session is repeated or quoted anywhere.
Are sessions suitable for homemakers?
Yes. A substantial part of the Sunday group is women who are not in paid employment and are working on identity, confidence and what comes next. The Sunday morning timing exists partly for that reason.
What if my family is not supportive of this?
Common, and worth naming rather than working around. Sessions are online and can be attended with headphones. The deeper question — whether you need permission to want something — is usually the actual work.
Is coaching confidential?
Private consultations are entirely confidential. In group sessions you control what you share, and you can attend with your camera off and never speak.
