Group sessions are in Malayalam; private consultations can be in English.

What time is the session in my time zone?
9:00am to 12:00pm India Standard Time every Sunday. That is 8:30am in the UAE, 7:30am in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Check your own offset before booking if you are further afield.

Are sessions in English available?
The group sessions are taught in Malayalam. Private 1-on-1 consultations can be conducted in English if you prefer.
